Job summary

Constellation West in Washington, DC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide enterprise desktop support and lead Tier II help desk operations onsite at the Congressional Budget Office, Ford House Office Building, Washington, DC, with occasional support at facilities in Manassas, VA and Ashburn, VA.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Active Directory, endpoint management tools such as JAMF, Ivanti, KACE and Microsoft Intune, plus strong incident resolution, SOP development,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and advanced Tier II help desk operations.
• Experience with identity management and RBAC
• Hands-on administration of Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.
• Experience with endpoint management and patch/configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/Journeyman help desk support and incident resolution.
• Mentor junior Help Desk staff and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams and create knowledge base articles.
