Job summary

Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the West, building strategic territory plans and executive-level demand while navigating complex enterprise deals.

You will evangelize a rapidly evolving DEX category, align technical validation with business value, and partner with cross-functional teams to exceed bookings targets in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Proven record of quota overachievement (President’s Club, top rep, or above plan).
• Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and execute a regional sales strategy for the North Central territory.
• Prospect aggressively into enterprise accounts and develop qualified pipeline.
• Identify business pains tied to productivity, IT support, adoption, transformation, and AI readiness.
• Engage multiple stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and executives.
• Lead discovery, business case development, executive presentations, and negotiations to close.
