Job summary

Nexthink, a leader in Digital Employee Experience, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the North Central region. You will build executive-level demand, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technology into measurable business value.

Residency in the North Central territory is required; the role offers a base salary of $150,000-$180,000 with a target OTE of $300,000-$360,000, plus a comprehensive rewards program

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, top rep).
• Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a regional sales strategy for the North Central territory.
• Prospect into enterprise accounts and develop qualified pipeline.
• Lead discovery, business case development, executive presentations, and close.
