• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for assigned IT products, configuring settings, roles, permissions, and integrations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage updates, releases, and regression testing.
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Provide Tier 2–3 end-user support and translate needs into configurations.
• Develop user guides and training materials for adoption.
• Analyze usage data to identify improvements and automation.
• Ensure security, privacy and governance in configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors for integration and feature adoption.
• Support change-management communications and roadmaps with IT Product Manager.
