Job summary

U.S. Venture, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead highly complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, including IT/system implementations and ERP/finance improvements.

You’ll partner with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver on strategic priorities, mentor junior PMs, and drive process improvements. Based on-site in Appleton, WI, you will manage scope, budget, and risks, while ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field
• 7–10+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Familiarity with finance processes including financial close, budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, MS DevOps, MS Project
• Preferred: PMP or PMI-ACP, PgMP certifications
• ERP implementations or finance systems project experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex, enterprise-level initiatives including IT and system implementations and ERP enhancements
• Define project strategies, scope, milestones, roadmaps, and resource plans; manage dependencies and risks
• Influence decision-making and align project outcomes with business objectives
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT, and vendors to drive accountability
• Manage project intake, prioritization, budget, and resource optimization
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery within scope
• Develop and communicate project status reports, dashboards, and steering materials
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums with documented outcomes
