Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a Senior Change Manager to partner with project leaders and operational teams to translate project impacts into actionable readiness activities. You will coordinate readiness across strategic IT initiatives including ERP implementations, digital workplace modernization, and cybersecurity, guiding adoption and execution with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, ServiceNow, or enterprise application implementations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across leadership and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Lead change management and operational readiness activities across multiple projects.
Partner with project leaders to align priorities, risks, and implementation plans.
Integrate change activities into project delivery and ensure go-live readiness.
Develop and maintain change management methodologies, templates, and governance.
Oversee training materials, user guides, and adoption resources.
Coordinate multi-project readiness and ensure consistent implementation approaches.
