Job summary

IDS International seeks a PC Technician to support enterprise IT operations and end-user support for Army and Joint Mission Command systems at Fort Bragg, NC. The role involves system maintenance, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and IT support activities in a demanding, multi-client environment.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or equivalent experience, has a Secret clearance, and demonstrates strong knowledge of networking, IT security, and incident handling to ensure

Qualifications

• Secret clearance is required.
• Associate degree in an IT related field or four years of professional experience.
• DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) Basic proficiency certification.
• Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of basic physical computer components and IT architecture.
• Knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting system hardware and software.
• Knowledge of configuring and validating network workstations.
• Knowledge of documenting and querying reported incidents.
• Knowledge of interoperability of Army and/or Joint Mission Command systems.
• Experience providing IT support in an Enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
