Job summary

Endurion in Fort Bragg, NC is seeking a Service Desk Technician to deliver front-line IT support for a 70,000+ user global enterprise. You will troubleshoot Windows, Office, email, and network issues, and provide VIP support to executives.

Responsibilities include documenting incidents in Remedy, managing Active Directory accounts, and coordinating with specialist teams. A DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification, a current Secret clearance, and TS/SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification.
• Must maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification through continuing education or re-certification.
• Must possess a current Secret clearance.
• Must be TS/SCI eligible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for desktop, laptop, and mobile problems in a 70,000+ customer enterprise.
• Provide VIP-level support to executive-level users and their staff.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/8/7, MS Office, email, networking, and peripherals via telephone.
• Document, track, resolve, and report problems using the Remedy AR System.
• Modify/create and troubleshoot user accounts via Active Directory; handle Remedy changes for devices.
• Determine appropriate teams for unresolved issues and escalate accordingly.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server, network, system, and application issues.
• Use Dameware, RDP, and Terminal Services for remote support.
• Perform incident management: trending, prioritization, and communication with senior staff.
• Perform other duties as required.
