Job summary

Kalmbach Feeds Inc. seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead strategy, reliability, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure across offices, plants, and locations.

You’ll oversee on-prem and cloud platforms, networks, storage, databases, backup, and recovery while guiding a technical team and partners. You will develop a multi-year roadmap, manage operating and capital budgets, and ensure infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and resilient as the business grows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in infrastructure/IT operations with 5+ years leading teams across multi-site environments.
• Experience in enterprise networks, compute, virtualization, storage, databases, monitoring, backup and recovery.
• Hybrid-cloud design and operational governance; Azure experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, licensing, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the infrastructure team with clear ownership and performance expectations.
• Set reliability, security, and lifecycle standards for on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Define monitoring, capacity, and performance standards and track risks and progress.
• Oversee budget development, vendor contracts, and lifecycle cost management.
• Deliver infrastructure for new plants, offices, expansions, and integrations with construction schedules.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and other leaders to ensure reliable services.
• Maintain multi-year roadmaps, drive initiatives, and communicate progress and costs.
