Job summary

MeriCal, a Southern California-based dietary supplement manufacturer, seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure across network, cloud, server, and endpoints. You will partner with our MSP, procurement team, and business leaders to align technology with operations and growth.

The role covers managing 300 users, hybrid cloud/on-prem environments, Microsoft 365 and Azure, cybersecurity, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years managing enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with MSPs and external vendors.
• Experience in manufacturing/regulatory environments preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations for business and manufacturing.
• Coordinate MSP relationships and service reviews.
• Plan and execute network, cloud, and security initiatives.
• Support procurement and budgeting for infrastructure.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
