Advanced C4 Solutions Inc. in Washington, DC, is seeking an Acquisition & Asset Management Manager to lead acquisition support and enterprise asset management activities for the GMOS program.

The role covers government-furnished hardware, software, and licenses lifecycle management, including inventory, tracking, and audit processes. The candidate will interact with government stakeholders to maintain compliance and oversee CMDB integration with ILMS and ServiceNow ITAM.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in enterprise ITAM, procurement support, or IT lifecycle management in a Federal Government environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage acquisition support and enterprise asset management activities for the GMOS program
• Oversee property accountability for Government-furnished and contractor-managed hardware, software and licenses
• Conduct inventory management, asset tracking, procurement coordination, and lifecycle planning
• Perform biannual software and biannual hardware inventory audits and prepare formal inventory reports
• Coordinate with DoS or Federal contracting offices to ensure compliance and accountability across the enterprise IT environment
