The role covers government-furnished hardware, software, and licenses lifecycle management, including inventory, tracking, and audit processes. The candidate will interact with government stakeholders to maintain compliance and oversee CMDB integration with ILMS and ServiceNow ITAM.

Advanced C4 Solutions LLC is currently seeking an Acquisition & Asset Management Manager to join their team in Washington, DC. The Acquisition & Asset Management Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing acquisition support and enterprise asset management activities supporting the GMOS program. The position oversees property accountability for Government-furnished and contractor-managed hardware, software, and software licenses throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include inventory management, asset tracking, procurement coordination, lifecycle planning, biannual inventory audits, software license management, documentation, reporting, and coordination with Government stakeholders to ensure accountability and compliance across the enterprise IT environment.

Must possess a current Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) prior to Task Order performance or billing. Interim clearances are acceptable (except reciprocal interims). U.S. Citizenship is required. A Top Secret (TS) Facility Clearance (FCL) is required at the company level. All personnel must comply with DoS security policies per 12 FAM 600 and the DD Form 254
