HawkEye 360 seeks a hands-on Director of Enterprise IT & Applications to lead enterprise technology, applications, IT operations, and end-user services. You will ensure secure, reliable, scalable services and position the company for a future VP-level leadership role.

The role oversees Microsoft 365, Zoom, AI capabilities, and governance, while maturing automation and operational processes in a fast-growth public company environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive IT experience with leadership in enterprise IT.
• Strong tech proficiency across Microsoft 365 and security tooling.
• Experience implementing ITSM platforms (Jira/ServiceNow).
• Hands-on leadership style with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SOX ITGCs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operations, and lifecycle management for enterprise applications.
• Oversee administration, integration, and availability of enterprise platforms.
• Deploy and operationalize AI capabilities within compliance constraints.
• Standardize governance, licensing, and vendor management.
• Lead IT service desk, endpoint support, and identity administration.
• Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Mentor a small engineering/service team and drive projects.
