HawkEye 360 seeks a hands-on, growth-oriented Director of Enterprise IT & Applications to lead the company’s corporate technology environment, enterprise applications, IT operations, and end-user services. The role balances strategic leadership with active engineering, troubleshooting, and project execution to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT services.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive IT experience and leadership experience.
Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
Experience operating or implementing ITSM platforms (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
Hands-on leadership style with troubleshooting and systems administration.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, operations, and lifecycle management for enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Zoom, AI platforms, and other corporate systems.
Oversee administration, integration, configuration, and availability of enterprise platforms.
Evaluate, deploy, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities with data protection and compliance in mind.
Standardize governance, licensing, vendor management, and lifecycle planning.
Lead IT service desk, endpoint support, identity administration, and asset management.
