Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a hands-on Director of IT Operations & Service Delivery to lead reliability and day-to-day operations of the corporate technology environment. The role drives incident management, service delivery, and a scalable IT operations model across a growing national platform.

You will own endpoint and identity operations, MS 365 administration, vendor performance, and readiness for high-visibility company events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, service delivery, or related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership including coaching and vendor/MSP relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated improvement of service desk performance, employee tech experience, and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint management, patching, and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day reliability, support, and operational execution of the corporate technology environment.
• Own service delivery, endpoints, identity, SSO, and Microsoft 365 incident management.
• Develop runbooks, SLAs, metrics, and reporting for IT operations and service delivery.
• Lead vendor management, performance, and cost optimization.
• Plan and test business continuity scenarios and high-visibility event tech requirements.
