HawkEye 360 is seeking a hands-on, operationally strong Director of Corporate Security & FSO to lead personnel security, physical security, industrial security, executive and travel protection, and counterintelligence awareness. Reporting to the CISO and CIO, this role protects personnel, facilities, and sensitive information while ensuring compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial, physical, personnel, or corporate security roles.
• Experience as an FSO or senior industrial security leader in a regulated or cleared environment.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA processes, and personnel security systems like DISS/NBIS.
• Experience managing physical security systems and conducting facility assessments.
• Experience developing and delivering security training programs.
• Familiarity with international travel risks and insider threats.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required U.S. Government clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel security, background investigations, and continuous vetting.
• Oversee physical security across facilities, access controls, and CCTV.
• Develop and operate global travel security and personnel protection programs.
• Coordinate executive protection, travel risk assessments, and incident response.
• Administer NISPOM requirements, facility clearances, and classified program obligations.
• Deliver enterprise security training and maintain training records.
• Provide regular security governance reporting to CISO and CIO.
