Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first company based in San Francisco, CA, seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our Internal Audit AI platform. You will engage Fortune 1000 and large enterprises, guiding them through a consultative, partner-driven path to modernize audit workflows.

You will report to the Director of Sales and work fully remote within the United States, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota with net-new logos.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across executives, practitioners and technical teams.
• Experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for targeted enterprise accounts.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
• Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and align Fieldguide’s solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing to fulfill customer requirements.
