Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Sales or Business Development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mission-critical data center delivery and services.
• Experience working with large, global companies and knowledge of their operating models.
• Background of Deal Management and Quoting; ability to read technical specs and coordinate with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead follow up on target accounts within expansion territory.
• Manage the full inside sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Develop and maintain relationships to secure additional business within accounts.
• Maintain complete and accurate records in NetSuite CRM.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Meet with clients and attend site visits as required.
• Coordinate with solutions engineers and estimating teams to prepare quotes and proposals.
• Build and nurture relationships with vendors, distribution partners, and equipment suppliers.
• Act as liaison between sales operations, external vendor reps, and clients.
• Identify additional opportunities for revenue growth.
