Job summary

HP is seeking an Enterprise Initiatives Project Manager to drive centralized governance, coordination, and risk management across strategic programs in the United States. You will translate strategy into an integrated plan, manage dependencies, and produce executive-ready updates showing progress toward enterprise objectives.

You will lead governance forums, execution cadences, risk management, benefits tracking, and change enablement to deliver decisive milestones and value realization.

Qualifications

• PMP/CAPM/PMI certification or similar project management credentials.
• Change management knowledge and/or practical experience.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for enterprise-grade reporting.
• Strong enterprise project management, integration, and governance discipline.
• Experience navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project integration and alignment: maintain one integrated plan and narrative; ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Governance: lead forums and steering committees to provide clarity and ownership.
• Execution management: establish cadence and coordinate executive materials to drive decisions.
• Risk and dependency management: elevate risks early and remove blockers.
• Benefits and savings tracking: report KPIs for business, operations, financial, and people outcomes.
• Change enablement: partner with change leaders to embed adoption into the master plan.
