Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field; 10+ years of governance and service delivery leadership.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, technology operations, IT service management, governance and risk.
• Experience building governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
• Strong understanding of KPI, SLA, and performance management; experience with senior stakeholders.
• Large global enterprise experience; cybersecurity services or managed services familiarity.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP/CISM/CISA or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Govern services and frameworks; ensure accountability with key partners.
• Define escalation paths, performance expectations, and governance standards.
• Drive transparency and consistency in cybersecurity service delivery.
• Monitor service performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and risk factors.
• Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, procurement and delivery partners to align work.
• Provide timely, actionable reporting to enable informed leadership decisions.
• Improve governance maturity and stakeholder experience across cybersecurity services.
