Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. seeks an Enterprise Initiatives Project Manager to drive centralized governance, risk management, and alignment across strategic programs in Spring, TX.

You will translate strategy into integrated plans, coordinate dependencies, and deliver executive-ready narratives that show progress toward enterprise objectives. Leverage PMP/CAPM credentials, strong change management experience, and Smartsheet proficiency to manage cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• PMP/CAPM/PMI certification or similar project management credentials.
• Change management knowledge and/or practical experience.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet.
• Experience navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Project integration and alignment across one integrated plan and narrative.
• Governance through operating models and stakeholder forums (workstreams, steering committees, executive sponsor sessions).
• Execution management with cadence, executive materials, and action-tracking.
• Risk, issue, and dependency management with early escalation and barrier removal.
• Benefits and savings tracking with KPI reporting across business, operational, financial and employee outcomes.
