Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or organizational effectiveness experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
