Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales.
• Experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term success and commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise clients, including retention and expansion.
• Develop and execute tailored account success plans aligned to client objectives.
• Identify expansion opportunities by understanding client priorities and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and strategic expansions.
• Lead executive engagements and onboarding, ensuring momentum and accountability.
• Partner with Delivery to translate strategy into measurable results.
