Job summary

eMed is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, discovery, and execution for its digital health app. The role spans product domains, guiding multi-team initiatives while solving ambiguous problems to deliver patient and partner value.

You will shape strategy, align stakeholders, and drive execution with executive-level collaboration, emphasizing outcomes and delivery excellence in a regulated health tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or closely related roles.
• 3+ years owning large, complex product areas or multi-team initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering products with significant customer and business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex product domains.
• Translate company goals into defined product outcomes and success metrics.
• Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, scalable solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Define KPIs that measure customer value, product adoption, and business impact.
