Job summary

eMed is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise clients joining our GLP-1 Population Health Program from post-contract to go-live. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination and exceptional client communication to ensure a seamless launch.

You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, align internal teams, gather requirements, train client staff, and mitigate risks to deliver timely, positive outcomes for our clients in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, or account management roles, preferably in digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or population health.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for new enterprise clients from post-contract signature through successful program launch.
Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment on timelines and responsibilities.
Gather and manage client-specific requirements, including eligibility file formats, data feeds, branding preferences, communication strategies, and reporting needs.
Work with client stakeholders (benefits leaders, consultants, IT, and others) to guide them through technical and operational onboarding activities.
Facilitate training sessions for client teams on program operations, reporting dashboards, and participant support workflows.
Develop and maintain detailed implementation project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and timely launches.
Ensure a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience for clients throughout the onboarding process.
