Job summary

Base.com is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead enterprise implementations from meeting to go-live. You will translate business needs into working integrations, build them, and collaborate with ENT clients in a hands-on role that sits between business and technical teams.

You'll own projects end to end, connect marketplaces and ERPs, and bring technical specs to life. English fluency and client-facing excellence are required for success in a global scale role.

Qualifications

• Experience translating client needs into technical specs.
• Hands-on implementation work for enterprise clients.
• Comfortable speaking with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own each implementation end to end from kickoff to go-live.
• Build integrations by connecting marketplaces, ERPs and ecommerce platforms, troubleshoot as needed.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Join presales meetings covering technical scope and feasibility.
• Be the main client contact to ensure outcomes match requirements.
