Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Security Architecture to define and govern enterprise security strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory obligations. You will oversee reference architectures, security design standards, and ARB processes across Cloud, IAM, data protection, and AI security domains.

You will partner with CISO and Technology Leaders to build scalable defense capabilities, drive architecture governance, and lead a global team of security architects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred for senior leadership roles.
• 12+ years of relevant security leadership experience, incl. 8+ years management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise security architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Align security with business strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Lead architecture governance, ARB, and security design standards.
• Establish guardrails, KPIs, and risk management for security programs.
• Oversee Cloud, IAM, data protection, network segmentation, and AI security.
