ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst/MAC Coordinator to join a large enterprise IT team in Newark, DE. The hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week and covers Windows, Office, and Mac service coordination.

The ideal candidate will manage complex requests, coordinate vendor activities, and provide hands-on desktop support in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• MAC Service Request Management ticketing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Move/Add/Change requests for enterprise end users, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams to facilitate hardware and software support activities.
• Provide hands-on desktop support, troubleshooting Windows and Office issues efficiently.
• Manage support tickets using Remedy and other request management tools.
• Perform physical workstation setup and equipment relocations with proper cable management and hardware installation.
