Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience guiding multiple locations.
• Experience leading HR teams with broad function across talent, comp, benefits, and ER.
• Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, and post‑acquisition integration.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate objectives into people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Strategy & Organizational Leadership with design and workforce planning.
• Develop scalable Talent, training, and development programs for plant and corporate staff.
• Oversee HR Operations, policies, compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
• Coach and develop the HR team; build relationships with leaders and employees.
