Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives for the VA, focusing on scheduling modernization, interoperability, and workflow optimization.

This role requires senior-level program management experience in highly regulated environments and the ability to align with VA strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing healthcare programs.
• Experience planning and executing enterprise healthcare transformations.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities for enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Provide program governance, risk mitigation, issue management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling modernization, interoperability, and care coordination workstreams across VA and Community Care.
• Develop stakeholder communications, executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports.
• Lead organizational change management, training, and adoption for enterprise deployment.
