Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale cross-functional healthcare migrations and manage program scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multiple project managers/business analysts across operations, finance, benefit operations.
• Create executive dashboards and project status reports.
• Develop training materials and deliver best practices to staff.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees for executive review.
• Assess risks and manage dependencies, budgets, and opportunities.
• Escalate issues and risks and communicate solutions to leadership.
