Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to lead asset lifecycle governance, optimize HAM Pro within ServiceNow, and ensure audit-ready asset data across the enterprise. This role partners with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance, and IT to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement of hardware asset practices.

The ideal candidate will bring multi-year experience in enterprise HAM, data quality, and service management, with a focus on governance

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise Hardware Asset Management.
3+ years audit readiness and complex reconciliation.
2+ years establishing data quality and trusted asset records for reporting and decision making.
2+ years working with ServiceNow ITAM capabilities, including HAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB integrations.
2+ years supporting governance frameworks and accuracy standards across CMDB and inventories.

Responsibilities

Serve as enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management, ensuring governance across repositories and HAM platforms.
Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and policy adherence.
Lead configuration, administration, and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities with integrations.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT to improve asset visibility and lifecycle governance.
Develop training, documentation, reporting, and analytics to drive HAM adoption and AI-enabled efficiencies.
