Job summary

Gritmind is seeking a Principal, Enterprise Growth to land net-new enterprise clients and own those accounts over the long term. You will take them from first conversation through multi-year transformation programs, engaging senior executives and delivering complex, high-value engagements.

The role is based in Chicago with a hybrid model requiring office presence. You will work directly with founders and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and long-term account expansion.

Qualifications

• Track record closing enterprise deals at $2M+ annual value.
• Experience selling services-led or solutions-led offerings in enterprise deals.
• Forward Deployed or enterprise services background preferred.
• Strong ability to discuss production systems, integration realities, and organizational resistance.
• Experience with AI, data, or enterprise technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Land net-new enterprise logos among organizations with $500M to $5B+ in revenue.
• Own revenue, expansion, and the executive relationship in the accounts you land.
• Sell to CTO, CIO, COO, and Chief Transformation Officer buyers through account-based approaches.
• Grow entry engagements into multi-year transformation and delivery programs.
• Partner with delivery and executive leadership to keep accounts expanding.
• Bring founder-level presence into an account when it matters, and run everything else yourself.
