Jasper, a leading AI-driven marketing platform, seeks a strategic Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale its enterprise growth engine across paid media, lifecycle, SEO, ABM, and field marketing. You’ll shape growth strategy, drive data-driven decision making, and partner with Sales to accelerate revenue.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop campaigns, and pioneer how AI transforms growth marketing—from experimentation to measurement and optimization across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing.
• Proven ability to build pipeline via integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, CRO.
• Experience partnering with Sales on account strategy and revenue planning.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Jasper's enterprise growth strategy across channels.
• Lead field, lifecycle, and ABM programs to accelerate pipeline.
• Partner with Sales to prioritize accounts and investments.
• Own growth performance, funnel analytics, and forecasting.
• Develop and coach a high-performing marketing team.
