Job summary

Jabil seeks a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise growth programs, including new site builds and expansions, with PMI-based governance and tight launch timelines.

You will lead cross-functional teams across facilities, operations, IT, and supply chain, driving requirements, budgets, and KPIs while maintaining cost, schedule, and quality. The role demands strong leadership and stakeholder communication across sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs.
• PMP certification is required and PMI standards applied across the lifecycle.
• Experience delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives (site builds/expansions).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with customers and translate into executable plans.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans using PMI standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams across facilities, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, and more.
• Forecast budgets, allocate resources, and manage KPIs within scope, time, cost, quality.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans; report status to leadership.
• Communicate objectives clearly to stakeholders and enable enterprise impact.
