Job summary

Jabil is seeking a strategic Engineering Leader to develop and execute the engineering strategy aligned with company growth and goals. You will mentor managers, drive product lifecycle support, and ensure delivery against cost, schedule, and quality targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, standardize processes, and optimize resources while managing budgets and investments to sustain organizational growth and innovation across hardware manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or MBA/Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the engineering strategy aligned with company goals and growth initiatives.
• Lead engineering managers, technical leads, and staff to build a high-performing organization.
• Oversee product lifecycle support from concept to production and sustainment.
