Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions provider, seeks a seasoned Project/Program Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional teams of business and IT professionals on small to medium solutions. You will operate under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager to help teams mature their project skills.

You will coordinate scope, costs, requirements, and schedules, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience, or PhD without experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project scope and costs are agreed upon by the stakeholders.
• Coordinate business requirements gathering and stakeholder approval.
• Prepare project plans and implementation schedules including the nine PMBOK knowledge areas.
• Conduct internal and vendor inquiries to meet business needs.
• Coordinate RFI/RFPs with third parties and IT procurement teams.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead problem solving and propose alternative solutions.
• Manage change control and overall project execution.
