Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to acquire and onboard new business customers to our self-service gifting platform. This hunter role builds pipelines from the ground up and closes complex B2B opportunities.

You will own the full sales cycle from target-account selection through discovery, solution development, negotiation, close, and onboarding coordination, engaging senior decision-makers across HR, Employee Experience, Procurement, Finance, Sales,

Qualifications

• Five or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales or related experience.
• Proven success prospecting and closing net-new business.
• Ability to travel approximately 20–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build a self-generated pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and onboarding.
• Translate needs into enterprise gifting solutions with relevant brands and platforms.
• Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to executives.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, legal and finance reviews.
