Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to acquire and onboard new business customers to our self-service gifting platform.

This hunter role focuses on building pipelines from scratch, opening doors, and closing complex B2B opportunities across our family of brands. You will own the full sales cycle—from target-account selection and outbound prospecting through discovery, solution development, negotiation, close, and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to enterprise accounts in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to build and manage a multi-quarter pipeline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across HR, Procurement, Finance, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding.
• Develop account-specific engagement strategies and target wild accounts.
• Engage senior decision-makers across HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Travel 20–25% to support meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecast revenue.
