Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to acquire and onboard new business customers to our self-service gifting platform, a hunter role for building pipelines and closing complex B2B opportunities.

The role owns the full sales cycle from target-account selection to onboarding, engaging senior decision-makers across HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to deliver scalable gifting programs.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or equivalent
• Hunter mindset with ability to build self-generated pipeline
• Experience owning full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Proven ability to engage senior leaders across multiple functions
• Willingness to travel 20–25% as required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Build a self-generated pipeline through outbound prospecting, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events
• Manage opportunities from qualification to close and onboarding
• Engage senior decision-makers across HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Ops
• Translate customer needs into enterprise gifting solutions using the brand portfolio
• Deliver compelling presentations and business cases while navigating procurement and legal reviews
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and deliver reliable revenue forecasts
