Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to acquire and onboard new business customers to our self-service gifting platform. This hunter role builds pipelines from the ground up and closes complex B2B opportunities.

You will manage the full sales cycle from target account selection to onboarding, engaging HR, Finance, and Procurement leaders. Travel about 20–25% is expected as you advance strategic gifting programs for employees, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Proven success prospecting for and closing net-new business.
• Experience building a self-generated pipeline and owning the full sales cycle.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups.

Responsibilities

• Build a self-generated pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Own opportunities from outreach to close and onboarding.
• Lead with value, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate Salesforce data.
• Travel 20-25% to support meetings and events.
