1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to acquire and onboard new business customers to our self-service gifting platform. This hunter role opens doors, builds pipelines, and closes complex B2B opportunities.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding, engaging HR, Employee Experience, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and executive sponsors. Travel approximately 20–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales or related experience.
• Proven success prospecting for and closing net-new business.
• Hunter mindset and ability to create opportunities, not just rely on inbound leads.
• Experience building a self-generated pipeline and owning the full sales cycle.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a consultative environment.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Strong presentation, written communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Working proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Willingness to travel ~20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Build a self-generated pipeline through outbound prospecting, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Identify target companies, map buying committees, and craft engagement strategies.
• Engage senior decision-makers across HR, Employee Experience, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Ops.
• Lead opportunities from qualified discovery to close and onboarding coordination.
• Provide accurate Salesforce activity, pipeline, and forecast data.
