1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to acquire and onboard new business customers to our self-service gifting platform. Champion a full sales cycle and build a robust pipeline with targeted accounts, engaging HR, Finance, and Procurement leaders.

You will own prospecting, discovery, solution development, negotiation, and onboarding coordination, traveling as needed to drive opportunities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or equivalent experience.
• Proven success prospecting for and closing net-new business.
• Experience building a self-generated pipeline and owning the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Build a self-generated pipeline through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and onboarding coordination.
• Engage senior decision-makers across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
• Travel 20–25% to support meetings and events.
• Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to show value.
