Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Generative AI Support Specialist to be the technical expert for enterprise AI platforms, guiding users from chatbot usage to multi-agent workflows, automation, and business integrations.

You will work with technical and business stakeholders to maximize impact, serve as the escalation point for complex requests, and coach on prompt engineering, AI workflows, and governance. Development of playbooks and adoption materials is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).
• Prompt engineering and building advanced AI workflows.
• Background in Data Science, ML, Analytics or related field.
• Proficient with Python, Markdown, APIs, automation tools, and technical integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and methodical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex ChatGPT and AI platform support requests.
• Coach users on prompt engineering, AI workflows, integrations, and governance.
