AI Enablement & Adoption Manager/Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how generative AI is adopted across an enterprise environment. The individual in this role will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and subject matter experts to identify high-impact AI use cases, build scalable AI-enabled workflows, and drive meaningful adoption of enterprise-approved generative AI tools.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the organization's internal expert on enterprise generative AI tools and capabilities.
- Partner with business leaders and departmental stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Design, test, document, and optimize AI-assisted workflows across both business and technical functions.
- Create reusable prompts, templates, instructions, playbooks, and AI-enabled processes.
- Help teams organize and structure information to improve the quality and consistency of AI-generated outputs.
- Recommend and implement appropriate AI capabilities including chat solutions, document analysis, integrations, APIs, automation tools, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Establish workflow requirements, validation procedures, approval processes, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop role-based training, demonstrations, job aids, and coaching programs that increase adoption and user confidence.
- Educate stakeholders on responsible AI use, data privacy, security considerations, and AI limitations.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, Data, and Technology teams to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support teams across Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Operations, Clinical, and Technology functions with AI-driven productivity initiatives.
- Measure adoption and business impact through defined success metrics such as efficiency gains, productivity improvements, and output quality.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and contribute to the organization's long-term AI strategy and roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, process improvement, automation, enterprise software adoption, data and analytics, user enablement, training, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience working with generative AI platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
- Demonstrated success applying AI or emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, privacy, responsible AI practices, and risk management.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs and implementing quality-control processes.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption initiatives or digital transformation programs.
- Background in change management, user enablement, governance, or training.
- Experience working in regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, enterprise integrations, MCP tools, or retrieval-based AI solutions.
- Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and PII requirements are highly valued.
