The role focuses on expert-level support for ChatGPT within the enterprise, resolving complex AI issues and optimizing the ChatGPT Enterprise environment.

You will educate users, coach on prompt engineering and AI workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize adoption and business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong expertise in Generative AI with hands-on ChatGPT/Claude experience.
Prompt engineering skills and designing AI workflows.
Strong business analysis translating challenges into AI solutions.
Experience administering enterprise AI platforms or SaaS apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve complex ChatGPT support requests and issues.
Educate users on effective AI usage and responsible AI principles.
Coach users on prompt engineering, model selection, and AI capabilities.
Administer and support the ChatGPT Enterprise workspace including user management and analytics.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
