Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead field service operations across customer sites. You will set staffing, rotations, and travel, while owning on-floor troubleshooting standards and direct staff to ensure rapid issue resolution.

You will hire, onboard, and certify Fleet Techs and collaborate with customer success and maintenance teams to maintain safety and performance. The role requires strong leadership, experience scaling teams, and a hands-on approach to robot cell operation in

Qualifications

7+ years in field service or manufacturing operations for automation equipment.
3+ years managing distributed technician teams.
Comfortable on a weld floor; understands robotic cell operation well enough to coach troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead the 4 Arm Lead, TC Lead, and UP Specialized Lead; set staffing, rotations, and travel across customer sites.
Own on-floor troubleshooting standards: basic hardware swaps, software swaps, and escalation to Mission Control or Engineering.
Staff cells directly when contracted, especially 4-arm and tank-like cells.
Hire, onboard, and certify Fleet Techs; define the skills ladder from Fleet Tech to Lead.
Partner with CSMs on each account's floor reality and with the Fleet Maintenance Manager on PM and safety.
Report floor metrics (uptime, response time, repeat issues) into Performance Transparency.
