Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead multi-site field service operations on the customer floor. You will hire, onboard, and certify Fleet Techs, set staffing, and coach on-floor troubleshooting for robotic cells.

This role partners with CSMs and the Fleet Maintenance Manager to ensure safety and uptime across accounts. You bring 7+ years in field service or manufacturing ops for automation, plus 3+ years leading distributed technician teams, and you excel at scaling teams while

Qualifications

7+ years in field service or manufacturing operations for automation equipment.
3+ years managing distributed technician teams.
Experience coaching on robotic cell operation.
Proven ability to scale teams with multi-site scheduling.
Customer-facing presence and plant manager escalation handling.

Responsibilities

Lead the 4 Arm Lead, TC Lead, and UP Specialized Lead; set staffing, rotations, and travel across customer sites.
Own on-floor troubleshooting standards: basic hardware swaps, software swaps, and escalation to Mission Control or Engineering.
Staff cells directly when contracted, especially 4-arm and tank-like cells.
Hire, onboard, and certify Fleet Techs; define the skills ladder from Fleet Tech to Lead.
Partner with CSMs on each account's floor reality and with the Fleet Maintenance Manager on PM and safety.
Report floor metrics (uptime, response time, repeat issues) into Performance Transparency.
