Job summary

Path Robotics seeks a Fleet Manager to own enterprise support on the customer floor, leading Fleet Techs who run cells, troubleshoot hardware and software, and staff 4-arm and tank-style cells as needed. You will hire, onboard, and certify Fleet Techs and define the skills ladder from Fleet Tech to Lead.

You will partner with CSMs on floor realities and with the Fleet Maintenance Manager on PM and safety, while reporting floor metrics such as uptime and response times into Performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field service or manufacturing operations for automation equipment.
• 3+ years managing distributed technician teams.
• Experience on a weld floor and knowledge of robotic cell operation.
• Proven ability to scale a team quickly with hiring pipelines, certifications, and multi-site scheduling.
• Customer-facing presence and ability to handle escalations in person.

Who You Are

• 7+ years in field service or manufacturing operations for automation equipment, 3+ years managing distributed technician teams.
• Comfortable on a weld floor; understands robotic cell operation well enough to coach troubleshooting.
• Proven at scaling a team quickly: hiring pipelines, certification programs, and multi-site scheduling.
• Customer-facing presence; can handle a plant manager escalation in person.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, still-forming org; this role will help define its own processes as the team scales.
