Job summary

Grupo EULEN is seeking a Business Development Executive for facility services in Laurel, MD. This hunter-focused role is responsible for generating and closing new business with large-square-footage properties, corporate campuses, healthcare and educational institutions, and multi-site portfolios.

You will build a pipeline, conduct on-site assessments, develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and hand off accounts to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of outbound, quota-carrying business development experience in facility services.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing new business, particularly with large-square-footage or multi-site contracts.
• Strong hunter mentality comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and building a pipeline from scratch.
• Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect net-new business opportunities in commercial cleaning and facility services.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, RFP/RFI responses, and industry events.
• Research and map target accounts to identify decision-makers and buying triggers.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and needs assessments at prospective large-footprint facilities.
• Develop and deliver proposals and presentations that position Grupo EULEN's value.
• Collaborate with pricing/operations to build accurate, profitable pricing.
• Lead contract negotiations from proposal through signature with legal and operations.
• Handoff newly signed accounts to operations and account management teams.
• Track prospecting activity and forecasted revenue in the CRM; report progress to VP of Sales.
• Represent Grupo EULEN at industry events to build brand awareness and leads.
